  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes:

  • Preheat your oven: To get started, preheat your oven to 400 F 200 C.
  • Slice the potatoes: Let’s get the sweet potatoes ready, then. Slice them into rounds approximately ½ inch thick, and then cut these rounds into cubes that are roughly ½ inch in size.

  • Season the sweet potatoes: Now, transfer these sweet potato cubes into a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Ensure that all the seasonings coat the sweet potato cubes evenly.
  • Prepare the baking sheet: Grab a baking sheet with raised edges and line it with parchment paper. Arrange the seasoned sweet potato cubes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Arrange and Roast: In about 30 minutes, you will roast sweet potatoes in the preheated oven. To ensure the perfect cooking, make sure you’re flipping them every 10 minutes. When they’re fork tender, and there’s a pretty golden brown color on them, your Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes are ready.
