- 2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
- 12 Thin Corn Tortillas or tortillas of choice
- 1 1/2 Cups Mexican-Blend Shredded Cheese
How To Make Baked Chicken Tacos:
- Preheat the oven: You’ll have to put the oven at 425 degrees F for a while. To prevent sticking, you can lightly oil the baking sheet or use a nonstick spray.
- Cook the chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. In addition, you’ll find ground chicken, chopped onions, and garlic. It should take about 3 minutes to cook the chicken until it’s brown. When the chicken cooks, ensure that it is broken down into little pieces. If your fat is too high, get rid of it.
- Add Flavor: Mix it with green chiles, chili powder, paprika, oregano, and cumin. Until they’re fragrant, let them cook.
