Baked chicken tacos are a delicious dish made by filling tortillas with seasoned ground chicken, spices, and cheese, and then baking them until they're crispy and flavorful. It's a convenient way to enjoy the flavors of traditional tacos in a baked form.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Substitute oil of choice
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic Mashed
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Chipotle Pepper
  • ½ cup Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
  • ½ cup Thin Corn Tortillas or tortillas of choice
  • cups Mexican-Blend Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: You'll have to put the oven at 425 degrees F for a while. In order to prevent sticking, you can lightly oil the baking sheet or use a nonstick spray.
  • Cook the chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. In addition, you'll find ground chicken, chopped onions, and garlic. It should take about 3 minutes to cook the chicken until it's brown. When the chicken cooks, ensure that it is broken down into little pieces. If your fat is too high, get rid of it.
  • Add Flavor: Mix it with green chiles, chili powder, paprika, oregano, and cumin. Until they're fragrant, let them cook.
  • Season and Add Cheese: Put the frying pan out of the heat. We'll add a bit of cilantro and some drops of lime juice. For your taste, mix the salt and pepper. It can be added to the shredded mixture of cheeses until you're able to achieve a perfect combination.
  • Assemble the tacos: Put half of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla and work one at a time. To top it with cheese, fold a tortilla in half to secure the taco. For the remaining tortillas, make eight tacos by repeating this process.
  • Bake Until Crispy: Add the assembled tacos to a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Take some olive oil or whatever you're fond of covering your tacos with.
  • Bake: Put a baking dish in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the tacos are hot and tender.
