Buffalo Chicken Nachos – Easy Recipe

Buffalo Chicken Nachos are a delicious and satisfying snack or appetizer made with a combination of crispy tortilla chips, spicy Buffalo chicken, and a generous amount of melted cheese. They’re a popular dish known for their bold and zesty flavors.

Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Nachos :

  • 8 cups tortilla chips
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups Frank’s Buffalo Wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Buffalo Chicken

  • Mix the fried chicken, Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce and water in a pan over medium heat.
  • When the mixture is hot, stir it into the chicken and coat it well with sauce. Set it aside.

Step 2: Layer the Nachos

  • You’ll be setting your oven at 350F, 175C.
  • Half of the tortilla chips will be placed on a big baking sheet or oven safe platter.
  • To the chips, scatter half a shred of cheddar cheese.
  • Add the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Step 3: Bake and Finish

  • For 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted, place nachos in a preheated oven and bake them.
  • Make the toppings while nachos are being baked. Press the Blue Cheese Dressing into a little saucepan until it’s ready for drizzling and melting.
  • Remove the nachos from the oven as soon as they’re done. Drizzle the hot sauce of blue cheese over the nachos.
  • Add a hint of flavor and crunch by mixing blue cheese crumbles and chopped celery on top.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
