  • 1 ½ cups dill pickle slices
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (see note)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Avocado oil spray

  • Prepare your ingredients: almond flour, dill pickle slices, grated Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, an egg and salt.
  • Place the dill pickle slices on a plate and let them air dry for about 10-15 minutes. This is a good step to help the coating stick.

  • Crack an egg in the bowl and smash it well.

  • When you’ve put the pan on medium heat, spray it as quickly as possible with avocado oil.
