Notes

RECIPE NOTES:

For a smokier flavor, you can add wood chips or chunks to your smoker. Experiment with different wood varieties to find your preferred smoky profile.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH SMOKED CABBAGE:

The smoked cabbage pairs greatly with barbecued meat such as steaks, chicken and pork chops. It adds a smoky flavor to the grill char, resulting in an amazing combination. For a healthy and tasty meal, you may also add this to the Roasted Vegetables.

Storage and Reheating:

Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for any remaining smoked cabbage. Just heat it in an oven or a stove top when you’re reheating. While the cabbage may lose a bit of its crunch upon reheating, the flavors will remain absolutely delicious.
